Electro-Harmonix Pico POG Octave Pedal

The latest addition to EHX’s lineup of compact Polyphonic Octave Generators is the Pico POG, which boasts being their smallest and most powerful model yet. Taking inspiration from the streamlined simplicity of the Micro and Nano POGs, the Pico POG squeezes all that functionality into an ultra-compact chassis while also introducing a powerful tone control feature. This means that the tightest octave effect can now fit onto even the most crowded of pedalboards.

One of the standout features of the EHX Pico POG is its lightning-fast tracking capability, ensuring that it can accurately pick up every note and chord you play with precision. Whether you want to add a Sub Octave for some rumble or thunderous depth, an Octave Up for ethereal textures, or crank it up to max for some mind-bending tones, the Pico POG has got you covered. You can also blend all three voices together to create fat, synth-like sounds with ease.

The Pico POG comes equipped with three dedicated volume knobs for the SUB OCTAVE, OCTAVE UP, and DRY voices, acting as a versatile mixer for endless sound possibilities. The TONE knob offers three filter modes controlled by the FILTER button. In Tone Mode, it functions as a tilt-EQ, boosting treble and cutting bass when turned clockwise, and vice versa when turned counterclockwise. This EQ is applied to all three voices simultaneously.

For more precise tone shaping, the High Pass Filter mode cuts out lows in the Sub and Octave Up voices, allowing only high frequencies to pass through. With its compact size, powerful features, and precise tracking capabilities, the EHX Pico POG is a versatile octave generator that is sure to take your sound to new heights.
